I’ve been quite absent from posting here… and today I’m revealing the reason. I’ve created another blog related to my interest in investing.
Since returning to the USA in 2002, I’ve learned about investing in the stock market. There are several reasons for this interest, including the poor interest that banks pay on deposits.
I started by reading lots of on-line material about investing. I also subscribed to several monthly investment newsletters. Most encouraged diversification, some suggested doing paper trading first, and few cautioned to rather enlist the services of a financial advisor.
Now, more than a decade later, having learned through trial and error (and success), I’m managing four personal portfolios using different strategies. My new blog is about investing in dividend growth stocks.
Here’s a link: DivGro: A Dividend Growth Portfolio.
As with this blog, you can follow my posts on investing in dividend growth stocks by subscribing to that blog. I won’t be cross-posting between the blogs in future.
And now that DivGro is up and running, I’ll spend more time posting on Ferdi’s Musings.
